We look for houses in quiet neighborhoods, where the people are friendly and the houses are well-kept.  We get excited about every renovation, and always keep in mind the family that will eventually call it home.  That is why we don't cut corners.  We don't hide imperfections.  We do all of the work ourselves, so we know it is done to our high standards.  Cosmetics are important, but we know that a solid roof, new windows, a modern kitchen, a modern bath, and new appliances are more important to your family.
